Absolutely not recommended. We purchased under CFR Las Palmas terms, but the seller (Maibao) refused to deliver the goods to the agreed destination port, leaving the shipment stranded in Barcelona. Despite providing all required documentation for a first-time import, they insisted on receiving documents that, by Spanish law, are only required at destination. Their freight forwarder (Transglory) blocked the shipment, and the seller did nothing to solve the issue. After two months, they let the goods be destroyed and blamed us for their failure. We lost our entire investment due to their negligence. This is not a trustworthy supplier.

Response from supplier:
We completed the bulk production as required and arranged the shipment on time. Since the customer required to go to the port, the freight forwarder required the customer to provide the corresponding documents at the transit port to complete the transit procedures and transfer to the destination port. In two months, we reminded the customer to submit valid documents to the freight forwarder almost every day, and took the initiative to ask if there was anything we could do to help, and tried to solve the problem as soon as possible. Since the goods were stranded at the transit port for two months and the customer did not provide valid documents, the local customs required the goods to be abandoned.
Smooth shipment requires cooperation from both parties. All our customers can receive the goods smoothly as long as they provide the documents as required. Hope you understand.
